for $75 (September-November)
Joining fee and December $45 EFT enrollment to your checking account required. Valid for new or returning customers who haven't attended our classes in 6 months or longer. Expires 9/30/10. Please print up necessary paper work (see below) and bring with you to your first class along with "void" check for our EFT Department.
Regular prices:
Joining Fee = $50.00
A one-time fee for all new students or those who have not registered in the past 2 months.
Easy Fun Ticket (EFT) Unlimited Monthly Classes = $45.00

Easy Fitness Ticket (pdf 98 kb) is a monthly auto debit to your checking account. Attend as often as you like and save $170.00 annually. Thats more than 3 months of FREE Jazzercise! $50 Joining fee waived with 6 month commitment. Don't want to commit to 6
months? Pay the $50 Joining fee and go EFT month to month. You still save $120
annually! You may cancel anytime with written notice by the 15th of the current month to be effective the following month.

2. For EFT sign ups, please bring two (2) checks on your first visit
_a. One check to calculate your pro-ration (or special offer if applicable) and
_b. One check will be "voided" for the EFT department
